The FA launches Greener Game for grassroots sustainability
FA Greener Game programme in partnership with E.ON Next, supports grassroots football clubs to become more sustainable while reducing energy costs. Greener Game will invest over £1.5 million annually, with around 100 clubs receiving installation of sustainable energy improvements each year. Pilot clubs have already seen a reduction of up to 25% in electricity costs thanks to solar power and battery solutions.
E.ON Next keeps Christmas lights shining in a new deal on 12-month Fixed tariff
In its largest free electricity giveaway to date, new and existing E.ON Next residential customers who sign up to the Next Reward Days 12-month Fixed tariff by 3 December will receive a Christmas bonus from the energy company. Eligible customers will not pay a penny for electricity used on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day (24-26 December). Standing charges will also be waived for the three days.
