TLC Lions double award win: E.ON is Human Company of the Year...again!

We proudly took home the top honour at the TLC Lions Awards, being named Human Company of the Year for the second year running.

Expanding our inclusion networks

In just 18 months, we’ve grown our colleague-led inclusion networks by 40%, providing more opportunities than ever for our colleagues to have their voices heard and drive real change.

Empowering Women in Leadership

Our Fast Forward network has been pivotal in delivering our Women in Leadership programme. Over 300 women have completed it so far, with more than 50% receiving promotions or lateral career moves — a huge step forward in gender equality at E.ON.

Actively listening and learning

Through those 18 months, we’ve hosted 100+ listening events on topics such as maternity, fertility, racial inclusion, disability, menopause, and neurodiversity. Additionally, our colleagues have shared 40+ personal blog posts, bravely telling their own stories and fostering deeper understanding across the business.

Our very own embRace network won Employee Network of the Year!

This powerhouse colleague-led network has been instrumental in breaking barriers and driving meaningful change for our ethnically diverse colleagues. From hosting impactful events for South Asian Heritage Month and Black History Month to launching the embRace Your Talent leadership programme, this network continues to make a real difference. 

The impact?

• Confidence levels among participants skyrocketed by 148%
• Leadership purpose clarity increased by 9%
• Personal brand clarity strengthened by 11%
• Financial acumen improved by 13%

With 1,400+ colleagues engaged across the company, embRace continues to grow in strength, impact, and influence.
