Our embRace network has recently won Outstanding Ethnicity Network of the Year at the European Diversity Awards.
Our embRace network supports racial inclusion throughout E.ON and its members have worked to create a safe and inclusive environment where colleagues from diverse ethnic backgrounds feel valued, respected and empowered.
We’re proud that the efforts of our colleagues who volunteer their time to managing and running the network have been recognised by winning for Outstanding Ethnic Diversity Network of the Year at this year’s European Diversity Awards.
This incredible recognition highlights the work we’ve been doing to drive racial equality and foster a more equitable future for our colleagues across our business.
With around 1,400 members, embRace is one of our largest colleague-led networks and has successfully fostered a culture of inclusivity and belonging through a variety of different initiatives including awareness campaigns, training programmes and open dialogues about the ethnicity pay gap and the importance of racial identity. The network has also actively advocated for diverse representation in leadership positions and supported the career development of individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
