Celebrating Notts Pride

We proudly supported Notts Pride again this year, with more than 100 of our colleagues, and their friends and families gathering to honour diversity, unity, and love in a day filled with joy, colour, and community spirit.

At E.ON, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment, where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic self, which is why events like Pride are so important.

We’re revisiting the vibrant celebrations by hearing from some of our colleagues that were there on the day and sharing some of their brilliant photos too.

Seeing so many people smiling and enjoying themselves in my home city really made me feel honoured to work for a company which values and encourages us all to be our authentic selves.”

Our LGBT+ and Friends inclusivity network, which has over 1,000 members, supports our colleagues across Europe and ensures they never feel disadvantaged by being their authentic selves.

The network provides a safe space for colleagues, from different countries across the E.ON Group, to chat and come together. The network has also been key in identifying opportunities for E.ON to promote inclusivity, such as its support of Pride in Birmingham and Nottingham this year.
