E.ON achieved an impressive 64.71% score in the UHLALA Pride Index, earning the Silver Pride Champion Seal.

Our silver rating underscores the strides we’ve made and inspires us to push further in advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. The Silver Pride Champion Seal is a testament to the efforts of our employees, networks, diversity experts throughout the E.ON Group, and leadership in fostering change, and showcases our commitment to creating an environment where LGBT+ employees can thrive and feel valued.
