The E.ON Next logo will adorn all Nottingham Forest Women playing shirts for the 2024/25 season.
Excitement is building for the new campaign following the announcement that Forest Women will go full-time professional from 2025, with all 11 home league games to be played at The City Ground.
The Reds have recently bolstered their squad with the arrivals of Mel Johnson, Millie Chandarana and Amy Sims, as Carly Davies’ side aim for league title glory. In 2024/25, the E.ON Next logo will feature on the front of Forest Women’s playing shirts, highlighting a further continuation of the Club’s relationship with E.ON, following the launch of the brand-new adidas training wear for the 2024/25 season.
Nottingham Forest Chief Operating Officer, Paul Bell, said: “We are delighted to announce that E.ON Next will be the new front-of-shirt sponsor for Nottingham Forest Women's team, coinciding with their elevation to professional status and move to play all home games at the iconic City Ground.
“This exciting development allows us to deepen our partnership with the renowned Nottingham-based brand and further amplify the women's football team as part of our bigger commitment to women's sport.”
Scott Somerville, Director of External Affairs at E.ON UK, said: “Our work with everyone at Forest – the elite teams as well as well as through their sustainability and community efforts – is all about having that playmaker role which aims to inspire people both on the pitch and in their daily lives.
"It means so much to us to help the club and to do what we can to spread that message even wider.”
A leading energy company both in the UK and across Europe, the Nottingham based company became the official training wear partner of Forest’s men’s and women’s teams last July, having been the Club’s official sustainability partner since 2021.
Highlights of the sustainability partnership include a brand-new solar-powered Fan Zone at The City Ground, which has proven to be a popular match-day destination for fans since its opening in December.
Forest's commitment to sustainability has already been recognised by Sport Positive, who support the global sports community to increase ambition and take action on climate change and sustainability.
