New poll finds more than three quarters of people believe apprenticeships will lead to more sustainable future
This National Apprenticeship Week, E.ON Next has conducted exclusive polling about the benefits of apprenticeship.
With the UK leading the charge on the sustainable journey, don’t miss the opportunity to join a program that shapes that sustainable future.
More than three quarters of people believe an apprenticeship will successfully develop the skills needed for a more sustainable future, according to a new poll.
The analysis, conducted by E.ON, concluded that 78% of respondents believe it will play a crucial role in the UK’s transition to a more sustainable future.
Moreover, the data also found that more than four fifths (82%) of people believe apprenticeships give people a head start in building a rewarding career.
Ramona Vlasiu, Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Next, believes “the data underlines how apprenticeships provide a clear pathway to success for young people – helping develop key skills for the future”.
In addition, the poll also found that:
- 72% of people would recommend apprenticeships to their friends and family.
- 65% feel workplace skills can be developed more quickly through apprenticeships than traditional higher education.
Ramona Vlasiu added: “Apprenticeships are more than just a career start - they are a transformative journey. Our programmes empower individuals to gain real-world experience, develop critical skills, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable solutions.
“These findings reaffirm what we’ve always known: apprenticeships are a cornerstone for building the workforce of tomorrow.”
